Building Systems
Maintenance is responsible for the maintenance and repair of building
mechanical and electrical systems. These systems include heating,
ventilation, cooling, electrical systems, lighting systems, control systems and cabling systems. This is the service area which provides corrective action for
areas which are too hot or too cold. Please see Services Provided to better understand the work
