Mindful Monday

The Mindful Monday Series is a hands-on educational program that helps reduce stress and provides opportunities to learn new or alternative stress management and relaxation techniques.

Mindful Mondays are offered once a month from 12pm to 1pm. Drop in at your leisure to hear what we are talking about.
