VIDEO DOCUMENTATION GUIDELINES:
When requesting video documentation for your event or speaker, the following information will be needed.
Details of the event: What, where and when?
Nature of the event: Lecture, panel, audience participation, PowerPoint or video projection?
Who is the client: Academic department, Marquette office, non-Marquette group?
End use of product: Archive the event, promote the event, web or D2L distribution?
Duplication needs: How many copies and what formats are needed? Normal turn around for dubs is one week. Large quantities are made off campus by outside vendors and may take longer.
