The staff in the Office of Student Development regularly collect and report data about students to help the university community better understand our students, their needs and interests, and the learning that occurs outside the classroom. Junior/Senior Experiences Survey:
Institutional survey of juniors and graduating seniors, conducted anually.
Multi-Institutional Study of Leadership:
Large national study of student leadership, to be repeated Spring 2009.
New Student Survey:
Institutional survey of entering freshmen, conducted anually.
Noel-Levitz Satisfaction Survey:
National benchmarking survey of student satisfaction with a variety of campus programs/services. No immediate plans to repeat.
Presentations to Campus Departments:
Presentations on student demographics, culture, and learning conducted by Student Development staff for various audiences.
Departmental Learning Outcomes Assessment:
Program assessment reports created for the institutional assessment process.
Departmental Involvement Reports:
Data on student involvement in a variety of department-sponsored opportunities.
