Kevin Gibson grew up in England, and attended the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst, and the University of Sussex. Later he moved to America, and gained Master’s degree in non-profit administration from Harvard University. He married and moved to Denver, where he studied for a Ph.D. at the University of Colorado, Boulder, and subsequently taught in the department of philosophy and the school of business. He has been at Marquette since 1995, and is currently the director of graduate studies for philosophy. He has published extensively in the areas of applied ethics and negotiation/dispute resolution. The executive mba program at Marquette has awarded him their “excellence in executive education” award five times, and he is the author of a text in business ethics published by McGraw-Hill.
