Prof. Rich Friman spent the 2008-09 academic year at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington, DC. Prof. Friman participated as a Fellow of the Center, researching the politics of crime by migrants and immigrants and how this issue shapes immigration and crime control policies within countries. He returns to Marquette for the 2009-10 academic year.
