Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure

Thank you to everyone who participated on the Marquette University team in this year’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure! There were thirteen Marquette employees, who showed their support on September 27th by either sleeping in, walking, or running to raise donations and awareness for breast cancer research. As a team we raised $840 for the fight against breast cancer, and together with the more than 13,000 participants in Milwaukee’s Race for the Cure, we raised nearly $1 million. We had perfect weather, a perfect opportunity to get to know fellow Marquette employees, and the perfect chance to make a difference! Hope to see you all next year!
