5 Week Be Fit Challenge: January 23 - February 27

CHOOSE YOUR PROGRAM
Beginner: Work up to 5 days of exercise per week for 30 minutes. Start with 1 day per week. Add a day each week of the challenge.
Already Active: Exercise 5 days per week for 30 minutes.
Pedometer Program: Increase your average steps walked by 500 per week (or get an average of 10,000 steps per day each week).

All three programs will have a goal of reducing continual time spent sitting.

WIN A PRIZE
Each week that you meet your programs exercise goal, you will be entered into a drawing for a consultation with a personal trainer and registered dietician. Do this all 5 weeks and you will be entered into a Grand Prize Drawing for your choice of a One Year Rec Center/Rec Plex Membership or a Personalized Fitness and Nutrition Plan.

FREE Pedometer for the first 150 employees who register.
RECEIVE fitness tips each week.

Employees may register a spouse/significant other, although prizes only apply to employees. Challenge registration will also be offered at the Be Fit 101 Seminar.
