Community Service
The goal of this committee is to provide service, in many forms, to the Hispanic people in and around the Milwaukee area. We feel that since we are students studying Spanish and have a skill that not many have, we should certainly use it to help others!
Our current projects include:
~ A volunteer program at St. Adalbertos, located on the south side of Milwaukee. Many of the people that attend church services there are illiterate and/or do not speak english. Thus, we are trying to begin helping people with whatever they need, such as learning new english, improving their spanish, and much more.
~ More programs to follow!
