Marquette University College of Nursing invites dynamic individuals

The College of Nursing at Marquette embraces its mission to make a difference in the health of the community, with significant research focused on:

Our practice efforts include distinctive outreach and educational initiatives:

  • Two nurse-managed, nurse practitioner-staffed primary care clinics
  • Institute for Natural Family Planning
  • Institute of End of Life Care Education
  • Wisconsin’s only nurse-midwifery program
  • Workforce Diversity and Project BEYOND
  • Nurse residency programs

The College of Nursing’s 72-year history of excellence in nursing education includes BSN, MSN, DNP, and PhD programs and has more than 7,000 alumni worldwide. The student-to-faculty clinical ratio is 8:1, with nine undergraduate applicants for every accepted student in the program. Faculty work within the integrated academic life model, combining teaching and research. U.S. News & World Report ranks the College of Nursing’s graduate programs in the top 20 percent of programs nationally and the midwifery program 18th overall.
