RHA is a student organization that represents the needs of students living in Marquette's eight residence halls and six university-owned apartment buildings. It has a seven-member executive board and 23 representatives, based on an occupancy ratio of one representative per 150 residents. RHA representatives are voted on by the residents of their halls or apartment complexes and are members of their residence council. RHA is the parent organization for the nine residence councils.
RHA members sit on committees to develop campus-wide social events and respond to the issues and needs of residence hall and apartment students. All enrolled students who live in the residence halls and university-owned apartments are members of RHA.
