HALLoween is a community event where costumed children from all over the greater Milwaukee area come to Marquette to Trick-Or-Treat in the residence halls and university owned apartments. They enjoy a fun filled time getting candy and attending a carnival in a safe and spooktacular environment.
For Marquette Students:
Disappointed that you can't spend Halloween Trick or Treating this year? (You can admit it - we won't tell anyone!) Well put those feelings away because the Residence Hall Association (RHA) has a program that puts regular 'ol Trick or Treating to shame!
HALLoween is one of Marquette's most rewarding traditions that you can easily become a part of! This annual program opens the doors of our residence halls to kids from the several communities surrounding Marquette to come and Trick or Treat at YOUR door. See the true spirit of Halloween as kids who would otherwise be unable to Trick or Treat come through the residence halls, stop at participating rooms, and excitedly ring in Halloween with a resounding "TRICK OR TREAT!"
HALLoween will take place Wednesday, October 29th from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you are interested in volunteering for the event, please fill out the survey advertised on our on campus posters or ask your Hall Director for the survey link. Students who lead children around to the different Trick Or Treat locations will receive a free T-shirt and students who hand out candy are crucial to the success of the event.
