HALLoween is a community service program that RHA sponsors every year.
Costumed children from all over the Milwaukee area come to trick-or-treat from door to door in the residence halls.
Residents can participate in several ways in this great event. They can choose to give out candy to the kids; they can become gHOSTs, who lead the kids through the residence halls; or they can work on the party in the Alumni Memorial Union.
