Follow these steps to use Microsoft Outlook and send documents for Department Printing.

  1. Launch Outlook or login to
  2. Create a new email message to
  3. Attach the file you want to print. Send the message.

  4. When you swipe at the printer with your Marquette ID card, your job(s) will be available for print under Secure Print.
