The College of Education offers two licensure programs (one in elementary-middle education and one in middle-secondary education) which are overseen by Wisconsin's Department of Public Instruction. Our third major, Educational Studies, is designed for students who are interested in education but not the traditional classroom teaching experience. Brand new for the 2017-2018 academic year, students can now declare Educational Studies as their primary major.

While a student in the College of Education, roughly 30% of our undergraduates study abroad at some point in their academic career. Most recently, seven students traveled to Peru for our first faculty-led experience, Education in the Americas. Interested in learning more?
