History: Founded in Belgium, 1862, members of the Congregation of the Immaculate Heart of Mary self-identify with the post-nominal initials, “C.I.C.M.,” and made its first U.S. foundation, 1919. They have administered the following Native American mission parishes:
Holy Rosary Indian Mission (Choctaw), Philadelphia/ Tucker, Mississippi
Maria, Reina de las Americas Church (Maya), Mount Olive, North Carolina
