History: Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, Russian Mission, Kusilvak Census Area, Alaska, has been a small and predominantly Native American (Yupik Eskimo) parish on the Yukon River and in the Diocese of Fairbanks (Archives: Fairbanks, Alaska).

1890s-1990s

Jesuits (Turin, Canada, California, Oregon Provinces) (Archives: St. Louis, Missouri; Montreal, Quebec) established and administered Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission (Yupik Eskimo), Russian Mission/Ikogmiut

Late 1980s (destroyed by flood), 1998

Our Lady of Guadalupe was destroyed by flood and rebuilt

1974-1980

Fairbanks diocesan priests visited the parish

1970s-1980s

Sisters of St. Ann and Sisters of St. Joseph ministered to the parish

1990s-present

Permanent deacons (Yupik Eskimo) have served the parish

Visiting Fairbanks diocesan priests and diocesan ministry team members have ministered to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church

Jesuits at Our Lady of Guadalupe, Russian Mission, attended to St. Charles Spinola Mission (Yupik Eskimo), Pilot Station, 1914-1990s; served alternately with Jesuits at St. Lawrence, Mountain Village.
