Rev. Sylvester Eisenman, O.S.B., established and the Benedictines administered St. Paul School (Yankton), Yankton Reservation, Marty

St. Paul’s was renamed Marty Indian School and created a community school board the following year

1975-present

The administration of Marty Indian School was transferred to a community corporation
