History: Four churches, Immaculate Conception Church, Bonesteel, Sacred Heart Church, Burke, St. Anthony Church, Fairfax, and St. Joseph Church, Gregory, comprise the Gregory County Catholic Community, which has been served by Rapid City diocesan priests based at St. Joseph's.

Inclusive dates: 1943-ongoing

Volume: At least 2 volumes

Description: Sacramental records (e.g. baptisms, marriages, burials) for the parishioners of St. Francis Xavier Mission, Ponca Creek. When inspected by a Marquette University archivist, 1980, the volumes were still held at Sacred Heart Church, for 1943-1971, and Immaculate Conception Church, Bonesteel, for 1971-present.
