History: The Brothers of Holy Cross, in conjunction with The Archdiocese of San Antonio, founded Holy Cross High School, San Antonio, as a boys’ preparatory school, 1957, which became co-educational, 2009. The school has had some student of Native American descent (e.g. Coahuiltecan Mestizos), 1957-present.
