D2L Performance Issues Monday Morning (Oct. 20, 2025)

D2L is intermittently slow or unavailable this morning, due to a widespread Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting issue affecting many internet sites and services. Amazon, D2L, and other vendors are working to recover. IT Services will provide updates when available.

Service providers for EagleExpress, Respondus, and TurnItIn have also reported performance issues related to the AWS issues.

D2L service has been restored, after the underlying Amazon Web Services (AWS) issue was resolved earlier this afternoon.
 
Other affected service providers, including Respondus, TurnItIn, and EagleExpress, have also completed recovery or indicated they will soon.
