The Facilities Planning & Management Work Request portal will be unavailable Thursday, August 14 and Friday, August 15 due to technology updates.
While the portal is unavailable, users will not be able to submit new maintenance requests or review the status of current requests. Those with non-urgent or routine requests should wait until the portal is returned to service to submit their work order directly into the system.
For emergency requests (including biohazard cleanup, fire, card reader malfunctions, elevators, plumbing issues in private bathrooms, flooding/leaks, broken glass/windows, hot water issues, air conditioning issues, and power issues):
