As mentioned in Marquette Today, please ensure that your Marquette computers are upgraded to Windows 11 by Feb. 16 to avoid potential issues and minimize disruption.

If your computer doesn't upgrade over the weekend of Feb. 14, the upgrade will start the next time you log in while on the Marquette Network after Feb. 17, causing up to 2 hours of downtime.

Instructions: The upgrade process is straightforward, and support is readily available.

• Follow the Windows 11 in-place upgrade guide. Automatic restarts are included.
• Off-campus team members must log on to VPN to perform the upgrade.
