Sub-series 7 - Efforts to find and free James Foley: This series contains material documenting efforts to find and free James Foley from captivity in Libya, then Syria. Due to the sensitive nature of some of the material, a selection of material is restricted until 2075. When possible, the Archives will do it's best to provide redacted copies of the material.
