Marquette's 27th annual Hunger Cleanup is Saturday

About 1,200 Marquette University students will participate in the 27th annual Hunger Cleanup on Saturday, April 22, beginning at 10 a.m.

The students will volunteer at more than 25 agencies in the Milwaukee area, organized by a team of students committed to service. The students will volunteer at food banks, homeless shelters and other organizations to help better the community and connect with others.

The group also does fundraising and annually selects a community agency to receive grants to support their work or start a new project.
