Conference detailsMILWAUKEE — The Diederich College of Communication at Marquette University has partnered with the Arthur W. Page Society – the world’s leading professional association for senior public relations and corporate communications executives and educators – to host a half-day conference highlighting current and future trends in corporate communication on Wednesday, April 10, from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Alumni Memorial Union, 1442 W. Wisconsin Ave.

The event will feature discussion and networking opportunities, and a keynote from Nick Ashooh, senior director of corporate and executive communication at APCO Worldwide.

Attendees will also gain insight from two panel discussions, one of communication practitioners and another of Marquette corporate communication students, who will discuss the most pressing topics in the field.

Ashooh has more than 37 years of experience in corporate communications, serving as senior communications officer at five Fortune 500 companies across several sectors, including energy and utilities, financial services, insurance, metals and mining, and entertainment. Ashooh earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism with honors from Marquette.
