Do you enjoy creating content and have a passion for social media? Want the opportunity to see your creative work shared across Marquette University’s official social channels? Then MU Flight Crew is for you!

We’re seeking creative, motivated students who are excited to help shape Marquette’s digital storytelling. As part of our student creator team, you’ll work closely with our nationally recognized social media team, gain hands-on experience creating engaging content, and build a professional portfolio that will help launch your career after graduation.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce up to two pieces of original content each week, including short-form video and photography for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok.
• Pitch, create and publish content that may be featured across Marquette University’s official social media channels.
• Assist with managing official college and school social media accounts.
• Collaborate regularly with fellow student creators and the social media team.
