One-Day Operator Training: Two Identical Sessions

Register for either July 17, 2019 or July 18, 2019 session

Marquette University and River Bend Labs are again hosting the one-day anaerobic digester operator workshop. Two identical sessions are offered on July 17 and July 18. Registrants can choose the session that is most convenient for them. The operator training will be at Marquette University, Engineerign Hall, 1637 W. Wisconsin Ave., room 435, Milwaukee, WI. Attendees will learn how to test digesters for volatile solids, chemical oxygen demand, volatile acid concentrations, organic loading rate, biogas composition and other parameters. The importance of tracking parameters will be discussed and examples using them to improve digester operation will be presented. Plant operators and managers with direct involvement in daily digester operations should attend. Registration is limited to 15 people for each session (total of 30 slots available). A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree Hotel Milwaukee City Centre, 611 W. Wisconsin Ave., ten city blocks from the course location.
