Erik Albinson is a first-generation college student who earned a B.S in Biology from Colorado State University, an M.A. in College Student Personnel from Bowling Green State University, and a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership Studies from the University of Iowa. Erik is a learning specialist whose research explores how students can conserve mental energy and lower anxiety through effective time management and study techniques. On a personal note, Erik enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fitness cycling, and spending time exploring Wisconsin with his family.

Jeanne Zanoni is a Marquette University alumna with a bachelor's degree in Spanish and Business. She focuses on managing the program from an administrative level, collaborating with campus partners, evaluating and assessing our services, tutor training and the creation of leadership roles for students. 

Emily Robbins

Emily Robbins is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a Master's Degree in Higher Education Leadership. She focuses on the operations of the tutoring program, including: recruiting and interviewing student employees, coordinating the Lead Tutor role, and assisting with program development. Emily finds joy working with the exceptional tutors on staff, and ensuring we can meet the needs of students at Marquette.

Jenn Freitag is a graduate of Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication.  She is currently seeking her master’s degree in Education at Marquette.  Jenn’s focus is to positively impact and coordinate the day-to-day flow in the tutoring center and to assist any student who walks through the door.  Her top priority is for all who visit the Academic Resource Center to feel welcomed and supported.  She truly enjoys being surrounded by tutoring and loves working with all students!
