Which Windows Version Do I Have?

See if your computer will need the Windows 10 update

  1. From the Windows search in the taskbar, type WINVER in the search box then press Enter.

    Run winver to see your version of Windows

  2. A new window will display the version of Windows 10 currently installed. Any version below 1909 should be updated. The image below shows a Windows computer updated to Version 1909.
