After reviewing the objectives of this award as detailed on the Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Faculty Award, write a supporting statement about why you believe this individual deserves recognition as an Excellence in Diversity and Inclusion Award recipient.
Please list examples of how this individual has exemplary leadership that manifests the ideals of diversity, equity and inclusion through practical action so committee members have information to assist them in the selection of the award recipients.
