What is E-Lead?
E-Lead is a three-year curricular leadership development program designed to prepare undergraduate engineers to be leaders in today's changing technical world. Upon successful completion of the program, student's earn a Concentration in Engineering Leadership that is noted on their transcript.

In addition to regular course meetings, students participate in workshops, attend guest lectures and engage with industry leaders. All opportunities are communicated well in advance to allow students to plan accordingly.

Is there a cost to participate in E-Lead?
There is no additional cost to students to participate in E-Lead, other than paying for tuition credits and textbooks. The program pays for students to participate in a variety of experiences beyond the classroom, including a week-long leadership development retreat, workshop fees and materials, travel to shadow industry leaders and several leadership behavioral assessments. This is made possible through many generous donations from alumni of the college and foundations. We are deeply thankful to all who have contributed their time, talents and efforts to our students.
