- During my first year on campus, I’d like to launch my research program, teach effectively, get to know my students and colleagues, and begin beneficial and meaningful research collaboration at Marquette.
- I’d like to connect with colleagues interested in reliability, risk, and life-cycle analysis; probabilistic methods and modeling in engineering; and decision making under uncertainty.
- I’d like to learn more about resources and facilities for teaching and research.
Andrew Sen

- During my first year on campus, I’d like to establish research operations in the Engineering Materials and Structural Testing Laboratory and identify new ways in which the laboratory can be used to complement departmental curriculum.
- I’d like to connect with colleagues interested in natural hazards engineering and science, computational fluid dynamics, materials science, and social impacts of extreme events.
- I’d like to learn more about (1) Marquette alumni and their interests in the future of structural engineering research and teaching and (2) opportunities for supporting engineering education and outreach in the community through student organizations.

- During my first year on campus, I’d like to setup my research lab focused on additive manufacturing, begin working with students, and hit the ground running teaching courses.
- I’d like to connect with colleagues interested in additive manufacturing, dynamic characterization methods, and broadening the participation of women and minoritized students in engineering.
- I’d like to learn more about junior faculty development programs for starting research programs and tools to improve online and in-person teaching.

- During my first year on campus, I’d like to work with graduate/undergraduate students and set up a research laboratory focusing on microstructure and property of 3D printed metallic materials.
