On Saturday, March 23rd, 2019, the HPAC will host its third indoor triathlon at Marquette University. The event is the same as last year: 500-yd swim in Helfaer Rec Center, 10-mile ride with your own bike on a Computrainer in Cramer Hall’s Strength & Conditioning Lab, and 3-mile run outside on Marquette’s Mile.
$40 entry, $25 for college students. Must be 18 yearsr old.

Join a cycling class during lunch or after work.

On Saturday, March 24th, the HPAC hosted its second indoor triathlon with 38 athletes completing the event. Marquette student Elliot Slade (German and Economics, Class of 2018) won the men’s overall in 49:21. Anna Bondow, a local triathlete, won the women’s division in 57:22. Athletes came from Madison, Mizzu, and Indianapolis. Our oldest participant, DeWitt Clinton of Shorewood, won the 70-74 year-old division 2 years in a row.
Innovative technologies and performance analytics. The HPAC was at Discovery World to guide visitors through a hands-on exploration of sports medicine, performance technologies and biomechanics.
The Marquette University Indoor Triathlon took place on campus and houses the swim, bike and run starts all within a few blocks.
