E-Lead exists to help you become a better leader. This is not about who you are compared to other people, this is about who you are now and who you want to become. We believe everyone has the capacity to lead and you have a lot of runway ahead of you.

I have had a lot of leadership experiences and roles. Is this program for me?

We are deeply thankful to all who have contributed their financial support, time, talent and efforts to our students.
