Mr. Rick T. Dillon

Rick Dillon photoRick T. Dillon, Bus Ad ’93, was elected to the Marquette University Board of Trustees in 2020.

He is executive vice president and chief financial officer of Enerpac Tool Group Corp., joining the company in December 2016.

Enerpac Tool Group is a premier industrial tools and services company serving a broad and diverse set of customers in more than 25 countries. The company’s businesses are global leaders in high pressure hydraulic tools, controlled force products and solutions for precise positioning of heavy loads that help customers safely and reliably tackle some of the most challenging jobs around the world. The company was founded in 1910 and is headquartered in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.

Rick most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Century Aluminum Co. since 2014.

Prior to joining Century Aluminum Co., Rick served as vice president-finance Global Surface Mining Group and vice president-controller and chief accounting officer at Joy Global (now Komatsu Mining).

Previously, he served in various financial roles of increasing responsibility at Newell Brands and Briggs & Stratton Corporation. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP.

He is a cum laude graduate of Marquette University’s Honors Program and the College of Business Administration with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Rick has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Rick is a Milwaukee native and a graduate of Milwaukee Public Schools.

Rick is a member of the Marquette University College of Business Administration Leadership Council. He also serves on the board of directors for College Possible Milwaukee, a national organization dedicated to making college admission and success possible for low-income and underrepresented students.

Most recently, Rick was awarded the 2019 Milwaukee Business Journal‘s CFO of the Year Award.

Rick resides in Mequon, Wisconsin, with his wife, Kimberly, and their two children.
