Managing Anxiety

It's natural feel a mix of emotions when things in life don't go how you wish they would. The Peace Works approach to managing anxiety equips students with practices to navigate challenging situations. This unit includes the following skills:

Building Relationships

There are times in your life when you rely on others and when others rely on you. The Peace Works approach to building relationships supports students in being a good friend and growing their support network. This unit includes the following skills:

Recognizing Strengths

We all have unique talents that bring ourselves and others joy. The Peace Works approach to recognizing strengths helps students build confidence by discovering and focusing on what they are good at. This unit includes the following skills:

Sense of Purpose

We all have aspirations that give us energy and hope. The Peace Works approach to sense of purpose coaches students to set goals and make decisions that align with what matters most to them. This unit includes the following skills:

Social Responsibility
