My class is a high intensity interval training. In this class, we will begin with about a 5 minute warm up which consists of getting our heart rates up and our muscles warm and loose. We then get into our workout where we will alternate between 2 exercises for 4 sets with a break in between. Participants can expect one of these exercises to be cardio based and the other to be strength based. We will go through 6 different rounds of this, changing the exercises each time, and then cool down.
