Group Fitness - Class Descriptions (Spring 2020)

Yoga Sculpt (Center)

Instructor: Miah

Day/Time: Monday @ 5:30pm or 6 pm, Wednesday @ 9am, and Thursday @ 5:10pm or 5:30pm

Yoga Sculpt boosts metabolism and builds lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Boost metabolism and build muscle as we move to fun upbeat songs. Yoga sculpt combines yoga sequences with cardio, and free weights strength training. Yoga sculpt is a fun challenging workout that anyone and everyone can do!

Yoga Sculpt (Center)

Yoga sculpt is a a high intensity yoga class with weights. It is a full body work out that moves through yoga poses with free weights and incorporates repetitions of push-ups, biceps curls, and squats to strengthen your muscles.

30 Min. Shred (Center) 

Instructor: Jessica 

Day/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 3:05 - 3:35 p.m.

A quick, circuit style class that’s all about the core! Utilizing every minute, we’re going to keep you moving nonstop with active rests between rounds. All levels welcome! 

Cardio Kickboxing (Center)

Instructor: June

Day/Time: Saturday @ 10am

Beginner level cardio kickboxing. No prior experience needed and no equipment required. It's a fun, energizing and fast paced cardio class for those who wants to sweat to let the stress out. The class will start with a dynamic warmup then two heat building sequence, and finally a cool down to relax, release and recharge.

Zumba (Center)

Day/Time: Wednesdays @ 3pm, Mondays @ 3pm, and Mondays @ 4pm

Get ready to dance along to tops hits with fun and energetic routines that feature aerobic/fitness interval training working all the muscles of the body! This class is sure to get your heart-rate up and tone those muscles to make you look and feel amazing!

Total Body Tone (Center)

Instructor: Violette

Day/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays @ 12 p.m.

Total Body Tone works to strengthen specific areas of the body, including: abs, arms, legs, gluten, core, etc. This is an upbeat class that works to combine cardiovascular and anaerobic exercises, and yoga stretching practices.

HIIT IT UP (Center)

Body Combat (Center)

Day/Time: Fridays @ 4 p.m.

One hour martial arts inspired class that focuses both on cardio and strength training. A great workout for the whole body.

Yoga (Center & Plex)

This yoga class focuses on breath-synchronized movements with the intent to deepen abilities in both strength and flexibility, while releasing stress in the body. This practice is available to all skill levels.

Work your muscles like you know you can in this fitness class for men and women alike. A high energy and high impact toning class that will use intense aerobic activity and resistance work to blitz your every muscle group.

This class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and the mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!
