Yoga (Center)

Instructor: Julia

Day/Time: Monday at 7pm & Saturday at 10am

This yoga class combines traditional yoga flows and sequencing with a bit of a twist. We will be using both yoga and movement to center your mind and body! All levels of yoga experience are welcome!

Cardio Dance (Center)

Instructor: Aristi

Day/Time: Tuesday at 12:30pm, Thursday at 1:30pm & Friday at 11:30am

A beginner level dance class that focuses on stretching and toning one’s muscles through dance. You’ll be moving to energetic songs that will get the heart racing and will be a great aerobic workout!

Spin (Center)

Instructor: Stephanie

Day/Time: Wednesdays at 7pm & Saturdays at 12pm

Work both your body and mind in my spin class! It’s a great way to recharge, tone your body, and build cardiovascular strength. Come join me in this challenging cycling class!

Yoga Sculpt (Center) 

Instructor: Miah

Day/Time: Tuesdays at 4:30pm & Thursdays at 12:30pm

Yoga Sculpt boosts metabolism and builds lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with yoga sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls.

Burn N Firm (Center)

Day/Time: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Fridays at 12pm

Work your muscles like you know you can in this fitness class for men and women alike. A high energy and high impact toning class that will use intense aerobic activity and resistance work to blitz your every muscle group.

30 Min. Shred (Center)

Day/Time: Wednesdays at 3:05pm

A quick, circuit style class that’s all about the core! Utilizing every minute, we’re going to keep you moving nonstop with active rests between rounds. All levels welcome!

Spin (Plex)

Day/Time: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 12:30pm

Welcome to my spin class where we'll have a party on that bike! A resistance based spin class focused on thinning your thighs, building your glutes and jamming your souls out!

This class is designed to use power to strengthen the body and the mind. You will be challenged with high resistance hill climbs that will tone your muscles and sprints that will make your heart pump!

Spin (Center)

Day/Time: Mondays and Wednesdays, 11am

Spin is a high intensity cycling workout. Pedal along on a stationary bike to great music while you sweat and de-stress! All skill levels are welcome.

Barre (Plex)

Day/Time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 12pm

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Barre is a fast, full body workout based on low-impact, high intensity movements that are designed to strengthen and tone your body in ways that no other technique can. In 50 minutes, you'll leave with long, lean, flexible muscles.

Spin & Mat Pilates (Center)

Instructor: Stella

Day/Time: Tuesdays at 9am (Spin) & Tuesdays at 6pm, Thursdays at 5pm (Pilates)

Pilates: Mat Pilates is a type of fitness class that is challenging yet fun for all skill levels! All exercises are done on a yoga mat and you will develop skills such as stamina, strength, and flexibility. Pilates is a method of exercise whereby all movement comes from the core and gives a full-body workout to give you long and lean muscles. Modifications will be given for majority of the exercises allowing you to tailor your experience. I carefully pick motivating music and teach my class around my playlists for a fun workout that you want to come to every week. I hope you all try it out!

Spin: Spin is a super energizing type of workout that will invigorate you for the day. If you want an experience where you feel like you are cycling to the music, then try out my class! I carefully curate my playlist for a fun and exciting ride! I also will provide a wide and unique variety of intervals on the bike and will teach you proper form and technique to get the most out of your workout. Hope you try out my class for a fun cycling experience!

My spin class is about working hard, and pushing yourself to do your best. I aim to create a fun environment with upbeat music and high energy levels.

HIIT (Plex)

Day/Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:15pm & Fridays at 3pm

This High Intensity Interval Training class will utilize body weight and free weight exercises within a circuit format. It is meant to target specific muscle groups, while keeping your heart rate elevated. This fast-paced class will create a challenging, fun and enjoyable workout!

Sweat (Center)

Instructor: Kate

Day/Time: Sundays at 11am

This class is perfect for getting your cardio in without the running! Through footwork, abs, and good music, SWEAT is a perfect addition to your fitness routine. My goal for this class is for you to get in your cardio while being able to focus on what you truly want to spend time doing in the gym.
