Community Engagement Conversations
The Office of Economic Engagement is excited to host a two-part series of Community Engagement Conversations (fall and spring semesters) focusing on the critical issues of racial equity, the social determinants of health and COVID-19. Our fall event is the result of partnerships with Marquette's Alumni Association (leveraging the Beyond MU learning platform) and the MU Forum.
If you were unable to join us for our first conversation on November 17, 2020, “Pursuing Racial Justice and Equity through Community Engagement,” you can learn more about the panelists and moderator and can watch the entire panel by visiting Community Engagement Conversations - Part 1.
Our Spring event will occur on Thursday, March 4, 2021 and focus on "Pursuing Justice in Public Health and Equity through Community Engagement." To learn more about the event, and panelists please visit the Schedule of Events. We hope you can join us for the second part of this exciting series.
