FitPass-Group Fitness Classes

Marquette Wellness offers onsite group fitness classes for employees and spouses of employees. Three, 15-week sessions are offered each year. Registration opens in April, August, and December and sessions typically run January - April, May - August, September - December.

FitPass

A FitPass is an all access pass to the onsite group fitness classes. With this pass you can attend as many classes as you want throughout the week.

Mondays

  • 12:00pm: Bootcamp (Rec Plex-small gym)
  • 1:05pm: Pilates (Cramer Hall 050)
  • 4:45pm: Yoga (Rec Plex Yoga Room)

Tuesdays

  • 12:00pm: Bootcamp (Rec Plex-small gym)
  • 12:00pm: SPIN (Rec Center SPIN Room)
  • 4:45pm: Zumba (Cramer Hall 050)
  • 4:45pm: Vinyasa Yoga (Coughlin Hall)

Wednesdays

  • 12:00pm: Bootcamp (Rec Plex-small gym)
  • 12:00pm: Wildcard Workout (Rec Center Aerobic RM)
  • 12:00pm: Crossfit  (Strength Lab Cramer 010)
  • 4:45pm: Vinyasa Yoga (Coughlin Hall)
  • 4:45pm: BodyShred HIIT (Cramer Hall 050)

Thursdays

  • 12:00pm: Bootcamp (Rec Plex-small gym)
  • 1:05pm: PIYO (Cramer 050)

Fridays

  • 12:00pm: Bootcamp (Rec Plex-small gym)
  • 12:00pm: CrossFit (Strength Lab Cramer Hall 010)
  • 12:00pm: Spin (Rec Center Spin Room)

  • $28 = 30 Minutes
  • $45 = 60 Minutes
  • $73 = 90 Minutes

Non-Members

  • $40 = 30 Minutes
  • $57 = 60 Minutes
  • $97 = 90 Minutes
