Marquette Explorer Program

The Marquette Explorer Program is a dual-enrollment program offered by Marquette University. This program offers qualified international high school students who have demonstrated dedication, ability, and motivations to begin taking college level courses while they are still in high school. This program is also available to first-year international undergraduate students around the world.

Dual-enrollment Programs are growing exponentially popularity among high school students exponentially, both domestically and internationally. Students who finish the dual-enrollment programs can not only graduate college early and save tuition, but also gain confidence by seeing their own achievements on managing college level coursework successfully.

The Marquette Explorer Program is developed and co-managed by Marquette University and the International Partnership of Education Research and Communication (IPERC). IPERC oversees the recruitment, screening, communication, student English evaluation, and other quality enhancement measures for the Marquette Explorer international students and international partner schools.

Marquette University

Marquette University is a private Jesuit research university in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Established by the Society of Jesus as Marquette College on August 28, 1881. The university was named after 17th-century missionary and explorer Father Jacques Marquette, S.J. Marquette is part of the Association of Jesuit Colleges and Universities. The university is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission (HLC) and currently has a student body of about 12,000. Marquette is one of the largest Jesuit universities in the United States, and the largest private university in Wisconsin.
