The University Information Center handles all calls that come in to Marquette University via the school's general phone numbers and transfers the calls to the appropriate source. The center is located on the second floor of the Alumni Memorial Union. It also serves as the hub for general walk-up inquires.

The University Information Center is the location for the AMU's Lost and Found and where customers can receive vending machine refunds.
