This week recognizes anti-transgender violence and supports our trans* and gender-diverse students. Students, staff, faculty, and alumni are welcome to participate in a number of our events.

Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil
Mon Nov 14 | 4:30pm | AMU 157
Our Trans* Day of Remembrance Vigil will take place in the Alumni Memorial Union room 157. In collaboration with Campus Ministry, we will discuss healing in the unity of our compassion. Program will include prayer, Examen, history, observance, and light refreshments. All welcome.
Tea in the RC

Stop in to our monthly social gathering. Come for the tea, snacks, and prizes -- stay for the community connection and conversation.
Soup with Substance: a conversation about support
Wed Nov 16 | 12pm | AMU 227
In collaboration with Campus Ministry, sit with us for a brief presentation on the importance supporting our trans* students and the power of words. Soup lunch included!
Gender Affirming Make Up Workshop
Fri Nov 18 | 4pm | AMU 140 (LGBTQ+ RC)
Resident expert Raegan wiil guide attendees with tips and tricks of gender affirming make up. Bring your own supplies or come utilize ours for a fun and expressive workshop.
Crafting with Compassion: make-your-own-muppets
Sat Nov 19 | 8pm | AMU Marquette Place
Crafting with Compassion is an LGBTQ+ Resource Center and Late Night Marquette collaboration to bring healing, and community through artist expression. This make-your-own-muppet workshop with have supplies and tutorials for attendees to assemble beautifully unique characters.
