Admissions Requirements

• Graduation from a PA training program approved by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
• Bachelor's degree
• National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) Certification — completed prior to program start date
• Wisconsin/Illinois PA license
• Official transcripts from colleges and PA school
• Copies of BLS and ACLS certification
• One-page typed narrative stating why you are interested in postgraduate emergency medicine training
• Three letters of recommendation
• Official NCCPA Exam scores
• Signed copy of the application
• Current resume
