Austin Loomis, PA-C: Postgraduate Fellow

Austin grew up in southeastern Wisconsin and earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Marquette University. He went on to earn his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
His career in healthcare began in 2016 as a combat medic in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. Since then, he has served in a variety of prehospital and hospital emergency medicine roles, including EMT with a private ambulance service, ER tech with Aurora Health Care, paramedic with Mayo Clinic, and is currently a critical care flight paramedic in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. These experiences fostered a deep passion for emergency medicine.
Outside of medicine, Austin enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active outdoors, and supporting Wisconsin sports teams.
