The Humanities Research Colloquium at Marquette University, organized by Dr. Melissa Ganz, seeks to foster scholarly exchanges across the humanities, broadly conceived. Formed in the Fall of 2015 with the support of a grant from the University’s Strategic Innovation Fund and sponsored now by the Center for the Advancement of the Humanities in the Klingler College of Arts and Sciences, the Colloquium hosts speakers from within and beyond Marquette, with the aim of increasing the visibility of humanities research and promoting intellectual dialogues and collegiality on campus.
