In response to the University’s COVID-19 planning and risk-mitigation, ODS staff will be working remotely for the foreseeable future. Our staff continues to be available during normal business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm) to address any questions or concerns you may have. If you need adjustments to your accommodations to address new barriers to access introduced through distance learning, please contact us so that we can help identify potential solutions.

With staff working remotely, we are strongly encouraging the submission of any documentation or other materials digitally (emailed preferred, but faxes are acceptable as well). Information that is mailed or left at our office in-person will be delayed in processing.

Sophomore Housing Accommodations

Any student requesting disability housing accommodations for their sophomore year, whether they previously received housing accommodations or not, should complete and submit the Special Housing Request form to the Office of Disability Services by March 15th. Supplemental Academic Support

ODS is excited to offer Supplemental Academic Support meetings to all students registered with the office. Jamie Elftman, ODS Coordinator, and Lauren Accola, Program Associate, are available to meet with students to discuss the following topics:

  • Supplemental Academic Advising
  • Regular Check-ins
