During the COVID-19 outbreak, staff will be primarily working from home for the foreseeable future. Due to this, we encourage any documents to be sent to our office virtually, rather than mailed or dropped off in person. Documents can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or faxed to 414-288-5799. Any document mailed will be significantly delayed in processing.
We also encourage emails, rather than phone calls whenever possible.
If you have secondary concerns regarding COVID-19 (for example, the potential risks to an immunocompromised individual that you live with), please contact the Office of Disability Services Director, Jack Bartelt, at email@example.com and he will work to connect you with resources on campus.
