We empower the Marquette community to engage in positive behaviors through educational programming, initiatives, and partnerships to support a diverse and connected campus.

Mission

The Health Promotion, Prevention, and Advocacy Services Office serves all Marquette University students through the promotion of healthy behaviors, risk behavior modification services, and campuswide health policies, which facilitate student success and holistic wellbeing. We offer services promoting health awareness while taking an intersectional approach to wellness.

We are hiring Peer Wellness Educators for Fall 2026!

Sleep Pods

There are two MetroNaps EnergyPods located on the 3rd Floor. To access the Sleep Pods, students should swipe in with the front desk staff. Students do not need a reservation to use the Sleep Pods. Sleep Pods offers students a space to take a 20-30 minute nap between classes, so they are recharged for their day. To learn more about the Sleep Pods, click here

Sensory Friendly Workout Space

The 3rd Floor also has a private workout space for students who may feel overwhelmed exercising in the large recreation gym. This space has dimmable lights, free weights, a stationary bike, and an elliptical. Students do not need a reservation for this space, and they must swipe in with the front desk staff to use the room.

The Terrace

The Terrace is an open air patio open for students to relax, study, and hang out on. The Terrace is open seasonally, weather permitting. It is open from 7:30AM-6PM on weekdays and closed on the weekends. To access the Terrace, take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, take a right, and go down the hallway. 

Recovery at Marquette

The Marquette Collegiate Recovery Program offers on-campus recovery support and programming in a peer-based setting for students in recovery from substance use concerns. To learn more about the Recovery at Marquette, visit their Instagram or website

Physical Therapy

The 3rd Floor also houses a satellite office for Marquette's physical therapy clinic. To learn more, visit their website
