COURSE DESCRIPTION: Develop and reflect upon your use of world languages during an experiential learning experience. Explore linguistic and cultural competency skills relevant to your academic interests, professional development, and future career. Expand the communication skills necessary for navigating multiple languages and cultures. The course counts as an elective for majors, minors, and certificate programs. Pre-req.: Instructor’ s consent. 1-3 credits.
CREDITS: 1-3 depending on hours worked at the site and meetings with instructor (1cr.-80 hrs, 2crs-110 hrs, 3crs-140 hrs). Students can complete more than one internship but only up to 3 crs. per student count for language credit.
