How to Schedule an Appointment
Appointments can be scheduled online through the MU patient portal. If you’re unable to find a time that works or don’t see your reason for visiting listed, please call us at (414) 288-7184 and we’ll help you find the right appointment.
When calling, press “1” to reach the Medical Clinic for scheduling or other questions.
To ensure you receive the appropriate care, please select the appointment type that best matches your concern. If the scheduled visit does not align with your needs, you may be asked to reschedule.

When you arrive, please check in using the self check-in kiosks located in the lobby.

What to Bring
Please bring your Marquette or MIAD student ID card to your appointment.
Cancel or Reschedule an Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least one hour in advance. You can:

Appointment No-Show Policy
This policy is to ensure that all students have timely access to care. Failure to show for a scheduled appointment may result in a $10.00 charge.
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least one-hour advance notice. You may cancel or reschedule by calling the MU Medical Clinic at 414-288-7184 or by cancelling online at https://mymedicalclinic.mu.edu/.
Late Policy: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule.
